Da circa un anno ho aderito a MySKY, il servizio di SKY che consente di registrare i programmi TV su hard disk. For about a year I joined MySKY, SKY service that allows you to record TV programs on hard disk. Ebbene, posso dire che è veramente cambiato il mio modo di vedere la TV! Well, I can say is that really changed my way of seeing the TV! Forse è una delle poche volte che mi ritrovo con quanto pubblicizzato. A me che piace molto la TV, con l’aumentare degli impegni quotidiani, era diventato difficile poter vedere un film che iniziasse alle 21:00. Ora posso programmare la registrazione di quello che mi interessa, anche da internet, collegare le serie e finalmente decidere io l’ora in cui vedere i programmi. Qualcuno potrebbe dire che faccio pubblicità gratuita, però non posso negare di essere soddisfatto di questo servizio anche se so, leggendo qua e la sui vari newsgroup, che ci sono delle persone che hanno avuto disavventure con SKY. Some might say I do free advertising, but I can not refuse to be satisfied with this service even if so, read here and there on various newsgroups, that there are people who have had mishaps with SKY.
Sarebbe bello se un servizio simile per le trasmissioni satellitari non fosse detenuto in regime di monopolio da un solo fornitore, ma purtroppo per ora è così. It would be nice if a similar service for satellite transmissions were not held in a monopoly by a single supplier, but unfortunately for now it is. Seriamo che le IPTv diventino competitive e soprattutto affidabili, ma questo credo che dipenda dalla infrastruttura delle ADSL.
